Clarence Greff’s story is one of relentless passion and an unshakable drive to make a difference. It all began in 2008 when he traded the tranquil beaches of Hanalei, Kauai, for the bustling energy of San Diego, chasing his love for Jiu-Jitsu. What he found, however, was far more than martial arts mastery—it was a calling. A casual chat at the academy’s front desk sparked an unexpected opportunity: a security gig that soon evolved into screening injury leads for his boss’s fledgling law firm. Though hesitant at first, Clarence leaned into the challenge with full commitment, transforming it into the foundation of his life’s work.
As an intake rep for an Arizona-based firm, Clarence threw himself into the role with fervor. He worked tirelessly—10- to 16-hour days, six to seven days a week—pouring his energy into helping others while growing the intake team from a solo operation to a thriving group of twenty. The grind tested his limits, but it also forged his resilience and uncovered a profound purpose: to connect people with the help they desperately needed.
It was in this whirlwind of effort that Clarence crossed paths with Sam Luzania, a former insurance expert whose hunger for excellence matched his own. What started as a friendly rivalry blossomed into a dynamic partnership when they spotted a gap in lead generation—and a chance to fill it with something extraordinary. With Clarence bringing boundless dedication and Sam contributing sharp insight, they crafted their first breakthrough, dubbing it LS5. Their vision caught the eye of the firm’s owner, whose belief in their potential propelled them forward, igniting a shared dream to build something bigger.
The mission grew even more personal when Clarence’s sister, Rachael, joined the fold. Leaving her own career behind, she poured her heart into strengthening LS5’s client relationships, adding a layer of warmth and trust to their work. In 2018, the trio took a leap together, attending their first Mass Torts Made Perfect (MTMP) event—a moment that crystallized their journey and set the stage for what LS5 would become.
Today, LS5 stands as a testament to Clarence’s passion for growth, his grit in the face of adversity, and his unwavering commitment to helping others. It’s more than a company—it’s a legacy built on heart, collaboration, and the belief that every challenge is an opportunity to shine.
